My experience of Judy has been through her lovely daughter Dawn who I consider a sister/friend. I didn't get to meet Judy in person, but we knew of each other and shared our love for Dawn. I believe there were times when Judy and I had each other on our minds and in our hearts through that shared love. In fact, there was a time I was going through health problems and found myself thinking of Judy and feeling her presence with me. When I mentioned it to Dawn she shared that Judy had been doing Reiki for me at that very moment! Her healing power was so strong!
Through Dawn's eyes and stories I know Judy was a strong, loving, fun, creative, playful, spiritual, giving, beautiful human with great awe and love of all creatures great and small. And, great love for her chickadee. Viewing the pictures and videos has been such a treat as I see the rich and engaged life that Judy lived and how much of Judy now lives in Dawn - such a gift!
In honour of Judy (and her chickadee) a donation was made to the Sacramento Wildlife Care Association. May we all honour Judy in our kindness to each other and to all the creatures she loved.
